This bottle is immersed for 2 years at the bottom of the Alpine Lake, the wine of the depths benefited from an exceptional situation of conservation. The wine kept under water, in total darkness and in perfect hygrometric conditions, gains 5 years of maturation. Thanks to the natural and regular eddies of the lake, its evolution is amplified. In a convivial way, discover the aromas due to the ageing.
