1. Terms and conditions of sale
Protection of minors: minors do not have the capacity to contract and any collection of data must be subject to the agreement of the parental authority who may object to their conservation and / or transmission to third parties.

offers on the site are valid during their online presence and according to the quantities available in stock. We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services.
Validation:
All orders imply prior knowledge and full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which may only be challenged in the cases expressly provided for in this contract. Thus, when you click on "validate" after the order process, you declare that you accept the order as well as the entirety of the general terms and conditions of sale fully and without reservation.
Availability and execution:
Shipments are generally processed and prepared within 48 working hours of receipt of the order and full payment.
- On receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In the event of unavailability, we undertake not to proceed with collection.
- The order validation date corresponds to the date of collection of your payment.
The ordered products will only be shipped once the payment title is received and cashed.
2. Prices and Special Offers
Product prices:
The price list applicable to the product ordered is that shown on this site on the day the order is placed for the product(s) in question.
Our prices are shown inclusive of tax and are calculated ex-works.
Prices may be modified without prior notice on our part and may be subject to variations in the conditions imposed by our suppliers, independently of our will.
The seller retains full and exclusive ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received.
The trader is automatically liable to the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the distance contract, whether these obligations are to be performed by the trader who concluded the contract or by other service providers, without prejudice to his right of recourse against them. (Art. L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code) However, he may be exempted from all or part of his liability by proving that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable either to the consumer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
3. Shipping and delivery / transport
We deliver to Metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories, European Union countries, Norway and Switzerland. Products are delivered to the address stipulated by the customer.
For orders of €250.00 or more, delivery is free exclusively to Metropolitan France.
For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, please contact us to place a quantity order.
Transfer of risks:
In the event of damage or shortage, make all necessary observations on the transport documents and confirm your reservations by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, in accordance with articles 105 et seq. of the French Commercial Code. In the event of non-conformity of the product(s) delivered, the seller undertakes to refund or exchange the product(s) to the customer as soon as possible. SARL PERCEVAL PASCAL may not be held liable for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, such as delays caused by the carrier (the date on which the products are deposited with the carrier being taken as proof): strikes, stoppage of means of transport, administrative decisions or any other case of force majeure which would delay or prevent delivery.
4. Guarantees
Exchange or return: Any item returned will be taken into account on condition that it arrives in its original packaging, including any protective materials that may have been included inside the main packaging. (Law Article L121-16 of January 6, 1972)
For all distance-selling transactions, the consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal obliges the seller to reimburse the sums paid by the buyer within a period less than or equal to 15 days after receipt of the product in the company.
For any returned item that you have paid for, we will reimburse the value of the item including VAT, including shipping and return costs, unless the product is returned for a reason for which SARL PERCEVAL PASCAL is responsible, in which case SARL PERCEVAL PASCAL will reimburse the product as well as the shipping and return costs invoiced to you.
5. Payment

8. Limitation of Liability.
The liability of : SARL PERCEVAL PASCAL concerning sales shall be limited to the purchase value of the goods by the contracting party.
Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm to 2pm-6pm.
Jurisdiction: the conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any disputes that may arise between the parties concerning, among other things, the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of the contract shall be finally settled by the competent court of CHAMBERY 73000.
